FREEZER BELTS
These Spiral Conveyor Belts are used on spiral freezing tunnels, spiral cookers, fryers, transfers, and more.
They are designed to be used in applications where they conveyor belt travel must curve. They consist of a series of cross connector rods with special collapsable chain links along each edge.
They can turn left and right corners, eliminating the product transfers needed with corner conveyors. This works extremely well when you find that a structural columnn or other obstruction is right where you needed the conveyor to pass. Instead of expensive redesigns, spiral belts can avoid the obstruction.
The Spiral Grid Belts have a special side link that allows one edge of the belting to shorten, which allows the belt to follow a curved path. The mininum inside radius of the curve is based on width of the belting used.
